Authorized use

Use ForgeHR only through an account and organization membership issued or accepted by you. Keep authentication details confidential and do not attempt to access another organization.

Early product status

Features may change as the product is tested and expanded. Do not rely on early-access functionality as the sole record for legal, payroll, safety or employment decisions.

Organizational responsibility

Organizations remain responsible for lawful collection, access, retention and use of employee information, including notices and consent where required.
